德进 - Te Chapter 70

善为士者不武 善战者不怒 善胜敌者弗与 善用人者为之下

是胃不诤之德 是胃用人 是胃天 古之极也

真正的勇士不会到处逞能彰显武力；善于行军打仗的人（时刻保持冷静）不会动怒以干扰决策；善于克敌制胜的不会陷入和敌人正面冲突的境地；善于用人的人甘于待在其人背后，默默的支撑人尽其才。 这些就叫避免争讼的践行方法，也叫知人善用。 这也是天的运行法则，是从最久远历史运行而来。

True warriors do not flaunt their strength everywhere; those skilled in warfare do not get angry and disrupt their decisions; those who are good at defeating their enemies do not get caught up in direct confrontations with them; those who are good at using people remain behind the scenes and quietly support those who are talented.

These are methods of practicing avoidance of conflict, also known as knowing and utilizing people well.

This is also the way of the heavens, a principle that has been in operation since the beginning of history.
