德圩三 - Te Chapter 53

使我介有知也 行于大道 唯他是畏

大道甚夷 民甚好解 朝甚除 田甚芜 仓甚虚

服文采 带利剑 猒食货 财有余 是胃盗杅

盗杅 非道也

把我全副武装起来的，是知识。在追寻根本道理并运用到世间万物的道路上一路前行，只有知识才值得敬服（其他的都可以被挑战被打破）。 前行的道路很平坦，但是民众经常懈怠（好逸恶劳）。于是朝堂越来越堂皇；田地越来越荒芜；谷仓越来越空虚。（都去追求）穿着华美的服饰，佩戴锋利的刀剑，饮食用货富足，钱财绰绰有余。这就叫做贪得无厌的强盗行径（拿吃的连盆子一起端走）。按照这种涸泽而渔的强盗逻辑，（一定）会走到绝路。

• 介，兵甲也；

• 解，与懈同，怠惰也；

• 除，殿陛也；陛，天子阶也；

• 猒，饱也；

• 杅，亦作桙，盛汤浆盘也。

Being fully armed with knowledge is what is truly admirable. As one progresses on the path of understanding the fundamental principles and applying them to the world's phenomena, only knowledge is worthy of respect (all else can be challenged and broken).

The path may be smooth, but people often become lazy. As a result, the court becomes increasingly grandiose; the fields become increasingly barren; and the granaries become increasingly empty. They focus on wearing beautiful clothing, carrying sharp swords, and having abundant food and wealth. This is called the behavior of a greedy and insatiable bandit (taking even the bowls along with the food). Following this logic of exploiting a dried-up stream for fish, it is certain to lead to a dead end.
