Te Chapter 50
From birth to death, the process of growth probably takes up one third of life, while the process of aging and eventual death probably takes up another third.
During the prime of life, people often hope for a more lively and fulfilling existence, yet there are always a small number of individuals who continuously engage in self-destructive behavior and ultimately meet their demise. This is because hope can also manifest as desire, and when desire becomes too great and uncontrollable, it can lead to the opposite outcome.
It is said that those who are skilled at managing their own lives, can navigate through the mountains without avoiding rhinos and tigers, and enter military camps without being fully armored. These individuals are not attacked by rhinos or tigers, and weapons cannot harm them. This is because they never put themselves in a position where they cannot recover or survive.
